This site does accept advertising, under the following conditions.
1. Ads must be related to running in a positive way.
2. Ads are placed at the end of the text of pages and are separated from the text of the pages by dashed lines (------------), Ads can have up to four sentences and can contain links to the pages being advertised.
3. Current rates for each blog-page for text-only ads are $20 per ad per year. Graphic ads are $25 per ad per year.
